Maria Lai-ling Ling is Associate Professor of Business Administration atMaloneCollege,Canton,Ohio,U.S.She holds the degrees of Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Art in Religion Studies, from theChineseUniversityof Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration fromGeorgeWashingtonUniversity. She has more than twenty years of professional experience in marketing and organization behavior inChinabusiness. She is a fellow of International Academy of Intercultural Research; and a member of several professional bodies. She has published one book and several articles. Her research interest is corporate social movement inChina, cross-cultural negotiation, and busineseducation.
