Operations Support Specialist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
As a member of the System Support team, this person will be responsible to provide support to centers’ operation throughout Indonesia with timely monthly report to support various business initiatives, both onsite and remotely. This person will collect input from multiple external and internal sources and organize into actionable information. Working individually and within team, this person will needto be able to communicate all information to all stakeholders within the centers, therefore he/she is required to be a strong communicator, who can build strong relationships, and lead change effectively.
 
The Operations Support reports directly to the System Support Manager. 
 

Rough job description :

  • Produce monthly report by obtaining data from the system and information from internal and external sources, assessing the value, identifying problems and writing reports on findings
  • Communicate all findings and provide solutions to improve current operations to all stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain the system’s data accuracy
  • Provide support for all EF Schools, including staff training, data revision, answer questions, process requests concerning our system
  • Deliver training to ensure all centers’ staffs are up to date and capable of operating the system well
  • Monitor Center level implementation from the system point of view and providing follow up support and troubleshooting advice 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of operations / CRM support working experience
  • D3 / Advanced Diploma minimum or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to identify, track and see issues through to resolution, relying on corporate savvy and influencing skills to accomplish
  • Ability to partner with others, identify/anticipate needs and proactively provide support
  • Attention to details
  • Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.                                                                            
  • Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Analytical mind which is able to process information logically
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new software                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Very good teamwork attitude.
  • Good Oral and Written English skill
  • Good experience in operation management is a plus.
